Wellness Tip 2
Exercise is essential to your health mental and physical health. Our P.E teachers have suggested getting 60 minutes or more of physical activity per day. It can boost your endurance and improve your muscle strength. It will also help you get a good night’s sleep and have enough energy to tackle the day ahead. Another perk of exercising daily, according to healthline.com, is that it can reduce your risk of chronic disease, including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, and many types of cancer. Anything, where you move your body, is considered physical activity, some examples are roller skating, dancing, running, playing sports, and even swimming—even hiking or going on walks counts! As long as you are physically active, you are improving your health now, and in the future.
