Start your day with a glass of water. This will help with your energy. Drinking a glass of water is a healthy way to start your day. This water will also help you hydrate, the more water you drink the more energy you get, meaning that you can use that energy for other things like school, sports, or even video games. Our P.E. coaches here at Rosemont recommend drinking lots of water before and after workouts and run day, to be strong and active before and after your lesson. Heat is another reason that you should drink water. Sweat is our bodies natural way of cooling off, but you will lose body fluid. Drinking plenty of water is essential, especially on hot days like this, so you don’t get dehydrated.
