Earth Snacks You Have To Try

With every holiday, a special snack is needed. So to celebrate Earth Day, here are some delicious snack recipes that you can make at home in 10 minutes. Since Earth Day is all about helping our planet, when you’re done with this snack, please be sure to recycle and sort your trash properly.

First off, ingredients:

Chocolate mousse:
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
12 crushed Oreos
1 packet of gummy worms
12 clear cups

Now to make the chocolate mousse. First off, get the cup of heavy whipping cream and pour it into a bowl. Use an electric mixer or hand mixer to whip until it is soft and fluffy. Then, slowly add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.

Next, the actual dessert. Cover the bottom of each cup with crushed Oreos. Fill the cups a little less than halfway with the chocolate mousse. Then, top it with some more crushed Oreos. Now, repeat the process with the mousse, while still leaving room for the Oreos on top. Finally, put as many gummy worms as you want to decorate the top. Make it as if the worms are coming out of the ground! Use the recipe as a fun party favor, an easy dessert, or just a quick snack. Happy Earth Day!
