The NFL Pro Bowl Games start on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 4:00 and ends Sunday, February 5, 2023. Nine total games are being played between Thursday and Sunday. The Pro Bowl Games are a series of challenges played by NFC vs AFC. The games are:

Best Catch (Thursday): The Best Catch is a game where NFL players participating will make highlight reels of them taking pictures at iconic venues in Las Vegas. The winners of the first round will go on to play later in the week.

Lightning Round (Thursday): The Lightning Round is a three-part challenge. The first round is Splash Catch where duos play water balloon toss. The second round is where players will attempt to catch punts from a JUGS machine. The third round is Thrill of the Spill where the remaining players try to hit a target attached to a bucket that is on top of a coach from the other team. The first team to hit a target wins.

Flag Football (Sunday): The Flag Football will have three games with NFC and AFC rosters playing a seven-on-seven game with a center who will snap and kneel. The game will be played on a 50-yard field. Scoring: Touchdown- 6 points Conversions- 5 yards: 1 point 10 yards: 2 points. The first two games will be worth six points.
