Descanso had a spectacular event regarding the transition from summer to fall every year. At this celebration, there was a market with beautiful handmade jewelry. There were also amazing dishes and nutcrackers made from wood harvested from the garden itself. They had a gorgeous crafts center full of wildflowers and different variations of leaves that you would then add to your clay. They played beautiful music from a harp and a DJ with records. But most importantly the spirit of nature with the beautiful blooming roses and wildflowers. It was a fantastic night. Descanso also has other events coming up such as the “Carved” event in October and the “Enchanted” event in November.
